To be honest this is not the only ticket finding app I use but it is the most reliable and I have never had a bad usage experience or a bad seat.

Prices do not match what I ordered. Tickets were 26.00 ea. I got charged 92.58 plus. Soooo wrong never use this site again.

Horrible app. Every time Ive made a purchase on it there has been hidden fees and Ive been overcharged without warning. Just bought two tickets for a Canadian event and they listed them in American pricing! Payed an extra 120$ because of it. Use ticket master instead

I have used several times to buy tickets. Best deal from all other apps which include: mlb.com, seatgeek, rukkus, tickpick, gametime, and stub hub.

We bought $700 worth of tickets including fees. Never got the tickets. The emergency # provided for the person who will deliver the tickets was disconnected. We were on the phone for 25 minutes in front of Staples Center (the concert has started already) with their customer service and asked us to fill out a form that they emailed to report about the issue so they can refund us. Why are we going through this red tape considering we just ordered our tickets less than an hour ago and we have been on the phone now for over 30 minutes in order for us to get a refund? In the end supervisor hang up the phone on me and she said she cant do anything else until the form was filled out. Super rude Supervisor Samantha!

Just wish I could access my tickets within the app without having to print them but other than that great.

I bought tickets for a twenty one pilots concert at the LA Forum back in March 2016. the event wasnt until July 23, 2016. bought 2 GA floor tickets for $376 dollars without the VIP Parking. I didnt know how I felt about buying tickets from a 3rd party vender, but twenty one pilots was sold out and I had to see them at all costs. So after buying the tickets I waited 3 and a half long months. the week before the event I recieved my email and tracking number for the tickets. recieved them with 5 days left till the event. I did a lot of reading on the Internet on counterfeit tickets and examined the tickets.... they looked and felt real to me, lets hope they work. On the day of the event I drove myself and my friend to the LA Forum and waited to get out tickets scanned... They worked! and I got to see one of the best shows Ive ever seen with one of my favorite people and a band I absolutely love! Thank you Vivid Seats! Your guarantee and fine print is truthful. I will be purchasing my tickets from you guys from now on! :)

Its way to easy to sign in and get tickets. It barely takes 30 after u choose a seat.

NEVER BUY TICKETS FROM THIS PLACE THEY SCREWED ME OVER THEY DIDNT GET THE TICKETS HERE WHEN THEH SAID THEY WOULD I WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN
