I got Kesha tickets for $23 and just got tickets that are going for $60 for $46. Its awesome loves it.

Vivid Seats is the first app I go to when Im looking for tickets. Love the interactive seating charts that allow me to find the best seats in my price range.

User friendly. Nothing confusing about the app. Love using it. Just wish it had "view from section" so you can have a general idea of what your view looks like. That would make this app 5 stars for sure!

Vivid Seats is worst reseller ever. The app is hard to use and misrepresents the merchandise. Just yesterday, I got stuck at Progressive Field late in the game without tickets. No scalpers. Indians were not selling online. Reluctantly I went to Vivid where I had been burned before. I bought expensive for bottom of 8th inning seats because they were labeled instantly downloadable and I had a 6 year old in tears with me. Wrong. After 15 minutes, I got an email to print at home and bring to venue. Really? Ever heard of QR code? Misrepresentation? I called same day urgent support, was on hold, told I was wrong, and told to walk 3 long city blocks in 9th inning with crying kid to ask Indians box office to print out tickets. Hello? Are we in 2016? What is customer support? Today I was offered a refund of fees: $15 on a purchase well over $150. This is not over yet, but AVOID VIVID APP! No matter how desperate. And, I was desperate because my Macys Day Parade experience is worse. They lie, cheat, and steal.

Wanted to take my three "kids" to a Gator game. This app made it very simple and straightforward to buy your choice of great seats at differing prices. Im very happy with what I got thanks to this app.

Not sure how ticket prices compare with our websites because of those annoying service fees but this app has NEVER failed me. Only thing theyre missing is a rewards program(which is why it gets 4 stars)

Very easy to use

I ordered tickets to a concert back in early March and still havent gotten them. The concert is on June 19th and Vivid WILL NOT do anything but tell me I should get them June 18th. I will probably never buy from them again (granted they dont change anything).

Vivid Seats is awesome! Super easy to navigate, wide selection of ticket choices at all different price points. Once I made my selection and purchase, my tickets were delivered in an extremely timely fashion...almost immediately! I will definitely be using Vivid Seats for all of my ticket purchases from now on!

This is a great all/site to find all the best deals for concerts and more. I wish there was more information about the tickets.

I use vivid seats for all of my purchases. I have never had an issue accessing my tickets or using them. Vivid also has some of the best prices. I love that I can easily see all the seats available in the exact section I would like to sit in.

Im a fan of a lot of the ticket sites, like StubHub, Razorgator, and Ticketsnow, but this one is new to me. I liked it, and Ill continue to do what I normally do, which is search a few of the sites for the best prices, and VividSeats had the best price this time. App was easy to navigate.
