Expensive adds on to the price of tickets. Because of the ease in use, venues should pay for the transaction costs not the end user.

The mobile app works great! You still have to pay some extra fees on top of the price advertised (processing fee, instant download fee, etc), but thats the same for all resellers. Overall the Vivid app experience is a solid 10/10.

Love using Vividseats when tickets are not available at the venue. The only negative is the download and processing fees for downloaded tickets. A little steep.
